Hey
there!!
If you've been waiting to feel more confident before putting yourself out there, you're not alone.
It's one of the biggest things I hear from women business owners.
"I'll show up more when I'm more confident."
"I'll post more when I know what I'm doing."
"I'll update my photos when I feel better about myself."
But here's what I've learned:
Confidence rarely comes first.
Most of the time,
confidence shows up after we've taken a few imperfect steps.
After we hit publish.
After we introduce ourselves.
After we post the photo.
After we survive the thing we were nervous about.
The women I work with aren't suddenly fearless. They aren't magically free from self-doubt.
They simply decide to take one small step anyway.
And then another.
And another.
Over time, those small moments become
evidence.
Evidence that they can do hard things.
Evidence that people aren't judging them nearly as much as they imagined.
Evidence that showing up doesn't have to be perfect to be effective.
If visibility feels hard right now, I want you to know that you don't need a complete personality makeover.
You don't need to become the loudest person online.
You don't need perfect photos, perfect words, or perfect timing.
You just need
one small step.
One post.
One comment.
One photo.
One conversation.
That's where confidence starts.
Small steps. More confidence. Less hiding.
I'd love to hear from you.
Hit reply and tell me: What's one way you're showing up this month?
You've got this.
