Let's start off with some fun facts about the month!
Birth signs
People born in October are either Libras or Scorpios.Libras are said to be kind, understanding, and peace-lovers.
Birthstones
October's birthstones are opal and pink tourmaline, both of which are
multi-colored.
Birth flowers
October babies have two birth flowers: marigolds and cosmos.Marigolds are often used in healing lotions, and cosmos symbolize peace, love, and tranquility.
Jack-o'-lanterns
The name jack-o'-lantern comes from an Irish folktale about Stingy Jack, who was forced to walk the Earth with
a burning coal in a hollowed turnip to light his way.
Pumpkin carving
Before the early 20th century, people usually carved turnips instead of pumpkins.

I've said before I am really leaning into things that bring me joy like my IG live hotseats. If you would like to come join me in a hot seat here are the details:
They happen every Friday. The
format is you get to do an intro... then I ask you three questions, then you ask me three questions and we close with what you have going on, coming up, that you want eyeballs on.
