I hope you and yours are doing well!! As you know I've been going back and forth with my health issues in regards to my thyroid and have been a bit slack in keeping up with everyone and almost everything. BUT I am super excited that I'm on the mend and ready to get back in the saddle and GO!! This pivot to remote services has been quite the ride. I find myself learning and doing better with every session I get to do and I am excited to keep going. 

In addition to taking time to rest and heal and take care of my family, I have also been slowly but surely working on fine tuning my offerings.
